Hey Las Bas!!!
For centuries this exclamation has featured in the music and folk tales of southern Louisiana. Translated literally it means, "hey over there" but its meaning runs much deeper.
It is an invitation for people to gather together, turn their focus to the magic about to unfold and allow the worries of the world to float away. In southern Louisiana you can be sure that wherever there are calls for friends, music and food the spirits are called too!

The Hey Las Bas Method draws its name from this tradition of calling spirits to help wash away the worries of the world and bring some wisdom with them. The unique approach of this coaching method means your session are designed to feel comfortable and safe while you delve into your unique challenges and the hidden power that can help you navigate them!
Meet the Creator
Paul Resnick
Paul is a graduate of Harvard University, a life coach, psychic/medium and Master Shaman. He holds certifications in Scandinavian folk healing, micro expression analysis, herbalism, energetic healing, exercise science and much more. In his decade long career he has traveled extensively practicing and coaching a wide variety of clients through extremely challenging situations helping them find success and peace. Often clients looking for shamanic services needed some life coaching and vise versa. During these sessions Paul found himself discussing the use of common spiritual and psychological techniques for every day improvements in the lives of his clients. Out of this observation the Hey Las Bas Method was born. Since the creation of the method Paul has worked tirelessly to provide his innovative service to anyone in need.
